Claims Processing
ARLANE has established and maintains an operational procedure to ensure the prompt and efficient handling of claims submitted by its clients.
Any claim can be sent to ARLANE - 41, avenue George V, 75008 Paris - France. The management company will acknowledge receipt of the claim within a maximum of ten business days from the date of submission, unless a response is provided to the user within this period. Unless exceptional circumstances duly justify a delay, ARLANE will provide a response to the user within two months of receiving the claim. In case of a persistent disagreement, the user may contact a mediator, including the AMF mediator.

Conflict of Interest Management Policy
In accordance with regulations, ARLANE has implemented organizational measures and administrative procedures to detect and manage conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of collective management services.
The prevention and management of conflicts of interest within the management company are based on the general principles set out in the AIFM Directive and its Delegated Regulation, which include the following obligations:
- Establish a conflict of interest management policy;
- Detect conflict of interest situations;
- Maintain a register of identified conflicts of interest;
- Inform clients when conflicts of interest cannot be resolved.

Shareholder Engagement Policy
ARLANE's shareholder engagement policy is in line with Directive 2017/828, known as the "Shareholders' Rights Directive," aimed at promoting the long-term engagement of shareholders. This directive sets out the following obligations:
- Monitoring the strategy, financial and non-financial performance, risks, capital structure, social and environmental impact, and corporate governance of investee companies;
- Engaging in dialogue with investee companies;
- Cooperating with investee companies and other stakeholders;
- Preventing and managing conflicts of interest;
- Reporting on the shareholder engagement policy.

Remuneration Policy
ARLANE has a remuneration policy for its staff that complies with Article 13 of Directive 2011/61/EU and ESMA Guidelines 2013/232, published on July 3, 2013, and transposed into French law by the AMF in Position Recommendation 2013-11, titled "Remuneration Policies Applicable to Managers of Alternative Investment Funds."
This remuneration policy is reviewed annually by ARLANE’s management to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, taking into account the size of the company and the funds it manages, its internal organization, and the nature, scope, and complexity of its activities.
Although ARLANE incorporates environmental and social characteristics into its investment policy, this analysis and portfolio construction do not include specific objectives or constraints, particularly regarding the sustainability risks of the portfolios.
